Oh girl I had so much sushi this intife pregnancy lmao I will never give it up
I'm Korean and I eat seafood several times a week, especially squid, and my doctor said that's a good thing. It's fine as long as it's not high in mercury, and it's actually recommended that you eat at least 12 oz. of seafood a week. I'm 26 weeks and my baby and I are perfectly fine.
I allow my self a tuna sandwich once a month
I eat sea food when ever I want it which isn't very often. I eat sushi every once in awhile yes some raw normally only 1 raw roll my Dr told me as long as it's not a constant thing it would be perfectly fine
