I  am 12 weeks pregnant, I  am soooo fatigue.  Even when I sleep and get good rest I have no desire  to do anything. I have a 1 yr old son and I  didn't  experience  this much with him. Any suggestions  on how I can get more energy or should I just rest as much  as possible?  It's  very hard for me to want to do house chores or anything.

1. No salt salt makes it so much worse
2 . elevate your legs get them in a position where there is no pressure, stay off your feet as much as possible.

My sister had it so bad they told her to slow down on the salt and her not doing so resulted in balloon feet.
