Disappointed - need your ideas

It's so weird.. my PMS symptoms were all out of whack so I was almost sure I was pregnant... AF showed up today :-(...
Very depressed right now... I not only feel useless but I also feel I've let down my husband as well...
Trying to be strong... but I cried for half a day when AF came...
*Sigh* Ladies, if any of you ever had problems getting pregnant, did some things and conceived, please share your tips with me... I'm willing to try anything at this point... I don't understand it, I'm only 24, have no health issues whatsoever and all the fertility tests came back okay...
It's so unfair...
Please ladies, share some info on how you conceived after months-years of trying...

Nikko, how does the saliva microscope work? I've never heard of it before...

You guys just pointed out what I was doing wrong...
I lie down only around 20-30 minutes after BD, because if I hold my pee any longer I'll wet the bed and most websites say that that amount of time is enough...
Will try to pee before BD and lie down for an entire day after! Well, maybe not an entire day, but as long as possible...

I always stayed lying down after BDing. Seem to work for me :)

I am so sorry to hear that AF has arrived. I have been ttc for 20 months, I am now 5 weeks preggo. I started charting my temps on fertilityfriend.com. I also observed my cervical mucus and used a saliva microscope. One thing I did differently this month versus the previous months was laying down after sex for as long as I could possibly hold the urge to pee for. I am thinking that finally did the trick since there were other months when we had sex more often during my fertile time.
So:
charting your BBT
observing cervical mucus and cervix changes
using saliva microscope
relax for as long as possible on your backside after sex
