Dizzy!
Have you ever woke up dizzy? I had a dizzy spell after taking a nap, I woke up after about a 3 hour nap and I was so dizzy, I couldn't focus on anything. Has this happened to any mom to be? Could it be pregnancy related?
Ye happens to me prob low blood pressure was told to keep drinkin fluids and get up slowly
Happeneds to me ssometimes usually when i dont drink water when i wake up in the middle of the night ! Try staying hydrated while sleeping hun
