Maternal and child forum's description is "breast feeding, childhood disease, colic, child discipline, immunization, lactation, newborn care, post partum depression, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), and special needs children."

i ask my baby care questions there.

I think the Maternal and Child is the closest I have found here, though most of those posts have to do with pregnancy too...I think they really should have one since they have a forum for 1-5 they need one for birth to 1 year.
