Yes I agree,  I wanna have him alright if he doesn't come on his own doctor is inducing at 39weeks

I just read that a birth ball helps alot!!  And also having an empty bladder!!

Be happy that you're dilated!! I'm 39+1 and I'm not dilated at all. Y'all are lucky!

I was 1cm dilated at 35 weeks . 3cm at 36 weeks and now I'm stuck at 3 1/2 :(

Well I've been walking since November , hours a day. I've gone on bumpy car rides, nipple stimulation,  hot foods, warm showers/baths , jumping jacks,  crazy dancing,  orange juice&milk,
And I'm only dilated to 3 1/2 .
You can try all that plus sex, and see if it helps you out . Everyone's body is different
