bleeding

Hey, I am 34 weeks pregnant and about a week ago I woke up with fluids rushing out of me at 4 am so I ran to my bathroom and went to the bathroom and this giant bloody thing came out; about the size of a guinea pig, and on one side its like a turtle shell but smooth and on one side its flatish and has a circular indent on it and so I went to the. Hospital and they kept me all day and over night because I was contracting and my cerivx was shortening but by the end of the next day they said my baby was completely fine and I could go home. Now this morning at about 4 am again another one came out a replica of the last one same size shape and indent except I bled more heavily this time but my baby is still kicking so I didn't go to the hospital I don't want to go for them to say I'm fine but they didn't look into this thing that came out of me I don't know where its coming from or where all the blood is coming from if my babys perfectly fine. Oh and today I feel crampy like last time. Does anyone know what going on my docotrs don't seem to worried. But I am this is not normal

i if i were to guess cause i didn't see it. i would say its your mucous plug. it can sometimes be bloody or have streaks of blood. perhaps look it up and see if there are pictures online you can compare it to.
means your body is getting ready for baby to come...doesn't mean tomorrow, just means your body is getting there.
best of luck! glad to hear baby is okay.

yes i agree, still go in, especially if you were contracting last time as they need to monitor that... did you show them the mass that came out? if not definitely do this time and really try to get them to give you an explanation of what is causing these... ive never heard of this before and i wouldnt excuse it because they sent you home last time... you need answers incase this is something more serious...

I have no idea what it is, when I first started reading I thought placenta, but obviously this couldnt be it, I would go back to the hospital, and if you still have what you passed, take that in, even if baby is moving etc I would still go in as this is def not normal and I would err on the side of caution, all good if your sent home, but its much better to have both yourself and baby checked again as this can change very quickly
