I have 5 days to go until my due date.. Its our first baby! I am soooo excited to meet her, i want her here now but the labour nerves have kicked in this morning.. Is it as bad as it looks? I plan to do it all naturally and if gets too bad just on gas and air.. Am i mad?

My due date is in two days and I really want my lil guy out. My dr is only letting me go over to 41 weeks and will only induce me if im 3cm and at least 70% effaced. Which scares me.. cuz if I'm not he has scheduled my c-section. (I really want to have him natural) Call me crazy but its a big goal of mine. I get checked tomorow so hopefully im making some progress. I'm getting so impatient

I'd say practice your breathing to get ready for a labor with no drugs, also im hoping you'll have a great support system by ur side, being your mom or significant other so that you can hold on to them and let them rub ur back for you and all that. . Its going to be hard not to moan and groan tho imma tell you that right now, especially if you're going all natural cause the reality is that it does hurt. . But dont be worried, its ok(: you will get thru it and you can do it! Our bodies are meant to do amazing things!! :D

Well i'm so impaitent i have tried everything to give her the hint and evict my belly.. I am starting to get very bored of being pregnant (that sounds sooo horrible!!!) but nothing works.. Wake up everyday asking if todays the day! But still nothing.. You hear all these horror stories and things and i hate moaning, just dont want to be a moany bitchy lady whilst i'm in labour.. Any tips on how to keep my head. My midwife hasnt been very helpful through my entire pregnancy!

Congrats on your first baby!(: i definitely dont think you are crazy for going into it with certain goals! I had my first almost 5 yrs ago already and also did it all natural!. . It gets rough but you can do it! It also really depends on how long labor is as well. . In my opinion, the faster the better, cause yes,it might hurt more but the pain goes away after you push baby out(: . .my nerves are also kicking in now cause im due in 8 days, so i am getting a little frightened, naturally i suppose, but again, i plan to attempt all natural again(: good luck to you, doll(:
