Evening primrose oil?

Has anyone ever took evening primrose oil to help induce labor? If so did it work? And did it help speed things up? And when did you start taking it?

I never used it buy I know that on FB there's women who used and it doesn't make you go into labor it helps with dilation and effacement. It's just like men's semen.  But from the stories iv heard it does help with it all, and sometimes shorter labor and the ladies started at 32 or 34 weeks and they insert 1-2 gel capsules in the vaginal at night and they do that every night or you could take them by the mouth but vaginally is probably quicker. also drinking raspberry leaf tea is a good idea too because it helps with the contractions be more effective and have consistently to them.
