So I just recently found out that I was pregnant. This is my first pregnancy so I have no clue what is normal. Some of the things I'm experiencing is massive heartburn, nausea, and vomiting which I feel are normal.  But I am also feel flush and lightheaded. I find myself constantly sitting on the floor at work because I feel as though I'm going to pass out. What do I do? It's really freaking me out....

In my case i was feeling dizzy and ligheaded cuz i have animia so the doc put me on a 3x day iron pill plus my vitamins !!

It's normal to have light headedness. It's because of the increase blood flow in your body. Your symptoms sound normal and its a good thing to have symptoms...it means the pregnancy is progressing as if should. Good luck!

I'm n my first trimester with my second pregnancy and with this pregnancy I've gotten light headed almost every morning. I sit on the floor for bout 5min then I feel better. My doctor told me not to move around so fast its jus my body adjusting to the blood rushing threw my body faster

Talk to ur Dr nd mention the light headedness nd nausea.. they can prescribe.u sumthing for that. Good lucky nd Congrats!! Its an amazing beautiful experience :)

Lol. I understand. this is my first, and my whole first trimester was horrible, I never really ate real food. if you know what boost drinks are, try those. That way your getting some kind of nutrition. And take your prenatal if you can. I couldn't take them in my first cuz they made me sick.

Ok thank you so much... I'm just really new to this whole thing. It looks so much easier than it really is. I have not kept down a meal in almost a week...

You need to talk to your doctor, you may not be getting enough iron.
