My nipples feel like they're burning

Hello everyone. I'm 8 weeks pregnant and for about the past two weeks whenever I get out of my bed in the morning, my nipples start to feel tingly but then they start to feel like they are burning.
Yesterday I even started to cry because it hurt so bad. I started to wonder what could be the cause of it. I thought it was my bra but today I didn't put on a bra  when I woke up to test it and that's not it.
I have no idea why my nipples feel like they are burning.
Is this normal? Does anyone know what can help me?
I'm 20 and this is my first pregnancy. Thanks

This is totally normal! That's exactly how I felt that far along lol And God forbid I go outside to let the dog out. The cold made it even worse! It does go away though, don't worry lol But yeah, I didn't have a word for it until you said it. It feels like they burn.
