am I pregnant?

I been diagnosed with PCOS ever since the age of 15, I am 27 years old now and I have been with my boyfriend for almost 5 years. Just recently for the past month I have been experiencing almost every pregnancy symptom (red raised rashes on my arm, a little bit of nausea, tired alot more, lower back aches and cramps around my sides, i hear lots of bubbling and gas sounds in my stomach, i have to go to the bathroom a lot more for urine and diarrea, i have these brown dry patches that are forming on my cheek area of my face, my stomach as gotten hard especially at the top part right under my breast area down toright above my belly button, acne is getting worse, and when I sqeeze my breast a little bit a clear liquid comes out, im guessing it's milk? I took a first response pregnancy test and it turned out to be negative, I'm wandering what should I do next?

Thanks for the advice. It would be great thing if I was pregnant because of my PCOS i thought I would never have a chance to be a mother, so this would be a miracle. The only thing is I don't have any insurance right now, but I do plan on going to a  pregnancy clinic this week to talk to someone and to take another test becuase they offer it for free and to get a sonogram. Also I'm going to be getting those vitamins this week just incase.
