Lower Pain (Help)

So I'm due tomorrow and I haven't been having contractions or anything regularly and they don't hurt when i do so I know it's not ye real thing. But for the past hour or so my lower back has been killing me and when i roll to one side or the other depending what side the pain goes from not only being in my lower back but in my hips in the front and my lower stomach. I had my cervix checked Wednesday and I was the same as I had been two weeks before that which was my daughter has flipped head down and I'm 90% effaced but I'm not dilated at all and have my "40" week appointment is this Wednesday. What could this pain be please help me.

Alright. I'll probably just call the birthing center. I've called up there one other time when I got woken up due to my stomach hurting really bad. Found out it was just Braxton hicks but it hurt pretty bad. This is no where compared to that pain but it's constant.

If you have a doctor you have an on call nurse... Call the doctors office, even its closed and they should have the number for the on call nurse. Or call the hospital and ask to speak to the advice nurae
