It keeps hitting me! Im 35wks and cant imagine what it feels like to go into labour, have contractions, have a baby come out of you. its all scarier as you dont know when or where and i have no experience of this. i genuinly cabt imagine how i'll cope as im such a wuss.

I had my first son 2 years ago at 37 weeks at my midwifes house no meds 2 hours of labor one push and my baby boy was here very strong and healthy  kinda anxious to see how this one goes currently 35 weeks and planning on midwife again..you'll do great

Women had babies for thousands of years with no meds! Your body knows what to do you have to trust that! It's not forever

I was induced in labor 19 hours and had csection and I had back labor and it hurt but was barable I got scared and got an epidural. Altogether it didn't get worse by what the machine said so I wish I wouldn't have done an epidural but I'm not gonna lie I have a HIGH pain tolerance and it hurt but overall u forget it all. And it is all well worth it I promise u will be ok. After my csection I took no pain meds (im scared of narcotics) all I had was ibuprofen. I am doing it all over again in just a few weeks. It's the best pain ever cause u know what ur getting and it makes it worth it.

Wow no meds! how is that possible; i cant imagine what sort of pain that is like. i even find sex painful.

I feared the same with my first ended up in labor 15 hours no meds. You can and will do it and when that baby is here you will forget what you were scared of or how it felt. It's scary at the time but it fades so fast compared to what you get from it. I'm doing this one no meds as well since I realized I survived and can do it!

I had back labor which I think is much worse because I felt like I was being stabbed in the back repeatedly. I ended up having a c section since I was in labor for 12 hrs after my water broke and I couldn't dialate passed a 5 and I am high risk with this one so I'm skipping the hard part and going straight to the c section lol
