This is going to sound really stupid, But whats my core? Like my stomach area?
Yoga is great just don't over work yourself. And if you have a pool or maybe a gym with a pool, swimming is great exercise. You just basically can't work your core.
There is a book unrelated to the chicken soup series called "What to Expect when you're Expecting" I bought it for my friend when she got pregnant but now I kinda need it haha :p
Thank you guys soo much! & Is there any exercises that aren't a good idea to do? I cant really run nor walk alot because I get HORRIBLE cramps when I do so, So I used to do Yoga mostly with a ball, Is that okay to do while preg?
Get exercise!! Even if its just walking, it will pay off and really help keep away excessive weight gain and stretching helped me keep away an aching back and stuff. And like above said eat healthy (as healthy as you can) I always wanted sweets. And to just relax and read what you can get your hands on. Also this forum is so so helpful. It's really great to have pregnant women and people who have been there done that. An as far as asking doctor, just ask whatever you want to know, I'm sure there is nothing they haven't heard.
Thanks, & The chicken soup one? I actually read it like 2 months ago becc i was bored! Maybe now that I am actually expecting i should go back and Re-read it. & Thanks! Hopefully its ment to be I am exicited, My fiance & I are fighting over if its going to be a girl or boy already, Of course he wants another boy (since he has been through it once already) and i want a lil girl. But either way im fine with it.
Oh, and congratulations and dont stress too much. Whats meant to be will be : )
I picked up what to expect when your expecting, the book, and the book and this fourm has been very helpful. Drink plenty of water, eat as healthy as you can(of course thats easier said than done) Stock up on some crackers or hard candies for when the morning sickness(anytime of the day sickness) starts, and get plenty of rest when you can. No super heavy lifting...no hair dying until after i think 13 or 14 weeks......theres a bunch of stuff : ) I picked up the book to know what kind of changes my body would be going through week by week, I recommend it to any ftm
