Any ideas on how to induce labor at home?

Ugh, I wish sex was an option for me :( I was told to rest and no sex..so I've been following the night sex thing, but the word rest isn't in my vocabulary.

I had sex and a half hour later my water broke but I was 2 days overdue.

Lol I might go buy a yoga ball and pineapple!! I can't eat a lot of pineapple since it's my favorite fruit. :) I'm just so uncomfortable and miserable that I actually feel like I'm becoming depressed. I know that might be odd but lately all I've been doing is crying. :/

Im 3days over due so far i have tried, walking on my trendmill, blue and black cohosh, sex, nipple stimulation, bouncing, rocking, pressure points, cinnamon tea (which was delicious lol)....im still waiting :) you can also try fresh pineapple but you have to eat like 2-3 lol

Get a big exercise ball and move your hips in circles just sit on that for a few days and that's what I did to help with my first pregnancy it also helps with your back.
