Nothing worked for me. My doc had to prescribed me 3 zofran daily for me to even hold crackers down. There are a few things I was told to try that might work for you?
Ginger, vitamin b6, lemon water, keeping food at bedside table & trying to take a bite of something before getting up, spur fruit. The issue I had was that I couldn't put anything to my mouth without vomit coming up so a lot of these things were impossible to try. Hope you feel better soon!

I threw up multiple times a day from 6 weeks until 15 weeks. My doctor never prescribed me anything.. she said unless my head is in the toilet all day she didn't want me to take meds. It's hard and I know it *****.  The best advice I have is to just make it so you are as comfortable as you can be while getting sick. After a while I couldn't look at a toilet anymore so I started getting sick outside and it helped. I feel for you girl just stay positive

I had to go to the doctor for medicine (Zofran and Phenergan in my case) over HG to hold anything down. I've been taking one the other or both since about 9 weeks and am now 32+3. I personally couldn't find anything else to help. Try ginger/gingerale/ginger tea, mint, or keeping crackers by your bed for in the morning. I know I got at least a tiny bit of relief from sour things like lemon. But if you go 8 or more hours without being able to keep down any liquids, you need to call your doctor and head to the er. Dehydration is really dangerous for you and baby. I hope you can find something that helps!
