Food safety,

Okay, so I've eaten cooked fish. Not too sure if it's deep sea. Because those contain the most mercury. And I've consumed some caffeine. (Not a whole lot though). Nothing bad has happened, but I was wondering if I continued staying away from those would I still be as much at risk? Please reply, pretty concerned.

It's OK to eat fish. I eat seafood 3 or 4 times a week and my doctor said that's fine because seafood is really good for you. It's fine to drink caffeinated beverages too, just don't drink too much.

You can have at least 2 cups of coffee a day. They recommend to stay under 200 mg of caffeine. I drink coffee everyday. I try to drink decaf so I can have more (I drink 4-6 liters of water a day though) as for fish. It's healthy for you to eat fish like salmon, shrimp, tuna.. ect. Just all in moderation:)
