I really have been loving watermelon so far this pregnancy ,its sweet and good . You can substitute it for a dessert (:
I been bad at eating as well. When Its just me and my husband I try to cook healthy and I drink a lot of water. During this pregnancy my husband had beengone to schooling for his job in military before deployment. Its hard to cook for one person.
really try to eat a good variety of everything..lean meats, veggies, fruit, grains, dairy. Limiting fried foods, added sugars(anything besides fruit i.e. candy cake etc), fatty foods, caffeine
