Ftm and i need help.

I'm 30 weeks I'll be 31 tomorrow. Last night while out buying the invitations for my baby shower I started cramping. I shrugged it off thinking that they were Braxton hicks. Well the only thing is I read online that BH don't hurt.. These were worse than period cramps. Then this morning when I woke up I was having them again. I also noticed when I went to the bathroom I was spotting and the one time there was a small clot. (sorry for the tmi) I'm just really freaking out because this hasn't been the best pregnancy thust far and I wanted to know if this has happened to any of the other moms out there. Any help would be great. Because this mama is freaking out and is ready to head to the er

I would definitely call the doctor ASAP.  You said you spotted some and had a small clot that'snot good.

Lol. Thank you. I just freak because premature babies run in mine and my fiances family and being a ftm you never know what's normal and what isn't.

I think just be calm and don't stress but definitely call your doctor. This is also my first pregnancy and I'm 30+3 weeks and had a really bad pain/cramp and asked my doctor about it and she told me that if I continue to feel that or start spitting to let her know. But it didn't escalate for me.  It may be normal but better safe to just call your doctor and let them know and get advice :) good luck
