Gatorade?

I do try to drink lots of water but I love Gatorade! I was just curious if it has any nutrition in it for baby or is it just like drinking any other kind of juice?

I hear its bad for your kidneys and not good to really drink unless your athletic . But i love it i love the dark pink Gatorade i belive its strawberry but it is so goood i just finished drinking one . But i do drink lots of water after. To settle it ya know. My mom always gets angry when i drink it tho lol

I would assume that there's lots of sodium and carbs in there somewhere cause it's meant to replenish athletes losing that stuff. It's just so tasty:)

You can drink Gatorade as I was told just need to drink lots of water to cause Gatorade is high in sodium

White mountain frost is the see through white Gatorade and the glacier cherry one is the more cloudy looking new one. I know my Gatorade:) haha both are delicious

I don't even know what flavor it's actually supposed to be but it's uhhhmazing!
Probably made with 100% baby kola fur.

They Say Gatorade Is Bad But Im The Same Way I Drink Water But Prefer Gatorade! Lol But I Drank It With My Other Two Children And It Really Kept Me Hydrated... But I Think It's Up To You! :) And The White Gatorade Is Amazing You Can Usually Find Them At Gas Stations!

Omg it isn't new they had it a long time ago and then it disappeared off the shelfs and I was such a sad lady. Then suddenly it reappeared and my husband buys it for me every time he sees it. Hand me a White Gatorade and you would think you were handing me diamonds.

I drink lots of Gatorade too! It says there's 21g of sugar in 2.5 servings which I don't think is too bad.. There's like 47g in just a can of Mountain Dew (which I don't drink) but I agree I could probably find a drink with less sugar haha

I think its somewhat good for you with electrolytes and junk. But I could be wrong.
