I was the same throughout my pregnancy, eat a little and often! Take the advice of the ladies above.
I also froze gatorade and made ice cubes with lemon, fresh ginger, water and honey these helped with the nausea. Also watermelon is packed with nutrients and is easy to eat, hardly smells or tastes of anything.

If it gets very bad then go to your doctor! They may be able to prescribe things for the sickness

Yes, I agree this sounds terrible.  I was like this too in my first trimesters of pregnancy.  It helped me to eat, as Keelolo says, small snacks.  If my stomach went empty, I felt worse.  So, I'd eat crackers.  I ate a lot of toast with peanut butter.  Someone told me protein helps so I ate a lot of protein.  take your vitamins at night too.  Do the best you can.  And hopefully it is over as you leave the first trimester--  it was for me.  hang in there hon

Oh wow that sounds horrible and I am so sorry to hear that. I don't know of any advice to help you stop feeling sick but you do have to eat. But maybe you could try small snacks, like crackers and cheese. things high in protein like cooked deli meats fruits and veggies. This is so hard. Maybe you should also notify your Ob and see what suggestions they have. Mine had a list of things to eat when sick. Hope this helps and hope your Ob can to. Ya know some ppl just have sickness throughout their pregnancy, my sisten in law did.
