Glucose Test Question

Im gonna be taking my glucose test in 3 days and the nurse told me to eat an all protein breakfast with no sugar. So my question is what kind of all protein breakfast can I eat? I can't think of anything with no sugar. Help please!

Meat is the only thing without sugar. Eggs, chicken, steak....anything not breaded.

Eggs, toast has sugar in it so you'll have a higher result. I learned the bad way with toast.

Its better to go when you're fasting that way there's nothing in your system that could mess up the test results! Just set it up super early, get there drink the nasty drink wait and hour and then get something to eat after! Thats what I did :)
