hip pain like crazy!

Since I tend to work on my feet alot and being pregnant,  I've noticed that my right hip is always out of alignment!  My doctor says I need to wear Better supporting shoes but my chiropractor says that it will continue whether i have good supporting shoes or not since my ligaments are loose from pregnancy. Literally only 23 weeks pregnant, 21 years old, and cannot walk after an 8 hour shift. I go home and cry from the pain! I think the worst is when i lay down and cannot get back up to do necessary things like using the bathroom!  I have tried (what i feel like is) everything! Anyone have any tips????

I feel your pain girl! Worked a 1-9pm, went home, passed out, then got up for a 7am-3pm. Back at it tomorrow. I am 26 weeks and cry myself to sleep from hip, back, leg, and foot pain. It is an on my feet, heavy lifting job. My managers keep telling my coworkers that they are supposed to do the lifting for me but no one listens. It ***** but we need the income. I'll have to try getting new inserts for my shoes and the heat pack. My body pillow doesn't help all that much and my doctor tells me I just have to deal with the pain. Ugh. Good luck mama!

If you want to try to keep working i say get better shoes, they wont fix the problem but they help. Also heating pads before and after work to help relieve the pain amd drink lots and lots of water. Hope this helped

This was me too!  I thought my hip was just going to fall off.  I work ten hour days and I limp soooo bad.  I got a body pillow and slept with it between my legs and I feel just fine now.

I feel your pain girl. Best thing to do is put a heating pad on medium on ur lower back. After 15 mins gyrate your hips. It will make u feel better

I'm 30 weeks now and I have sciatica. Which is a pinched nerve in the lower back. I was working on my feet and quit my job around 22 weeks. Since then my stress level has been a lot lower and my back pain has been little to none. If you absolutely have to keep your job I would say do nothing before your work shift but rest and stretch right before you go in.

I guess it really just depends on how you're feeling about it. I quit my job about three weeks ago. I need the income BUT I have two children and I'm pregnant with my third (the kids I have now are almost three and almost two) so basically, running back and forth at work all day and then coming home to my kids in that pain just wasn't even doable. The pain is excruciating and doesn't get any better the farther along you get.  You just have to prioritize right now :/

It is terrible!  I have never had pain like this in my life! And my doctor just seems very calm about it but my chiropractor is much more concerned with my pain. So do i freak out or deal with it? I dont like the mixed signals! :(

I had to get better shoes for work..I ended up quitting my job though :/ after six-eight hours every day I would also go home crying. You sit down and just can't move
