I still go to zumba twice a week.. and I am 20+2. I had preterm with two of my pregnancies but for the last one I got progesterone shots to prevent the preterm and it worked..so I am getting them again this pregnancy and my dr said I could keep going as long as I was feeling ok with it. I feel great after I go.
I've started going. Treadmill elliptical and some weights for my arms. I'm 25 weeks.
I go atleast 5 days a week. Walk on the treadmill on a incline and do the eliptical. also do weights
Ok. Thanks. And it's pretty cold here too so walking outside isn't something I really wanna do. Daughter and I went for walk to the lake and on it but took 20 minutes just to get her ready because she took her time and kept walking away
I stopped at 25 weeks...I used to tredmill the bike the stairs and the weights for yer legs
I wish I could go to the gym! I'm not allowed to exercise due to my body thinking it's time to be in labor already. I'm 28+4 :/
38 wks and I still go. I use the stairmaster, treadmill, and leg press the most. Sometimes I use the yoga ball and bounce on it.
i WISH i could just walk around the neighborhood -____- it's like sub zero here so that's not an option. it'd be sooo much easier to just go for a walk outside then having to drive on base to the gym
I'm 37+2 and I go, I usually use the stair machine, treadmill, and the lap pool, I also use some of the weights but not to much.
I stopped going around 23wks. I normally just walked on the treadmill or did the elliptical . I just found it better for me to walk around my neighborhood or park and workout on the treadmill I have at home because I cant do half of the cardio my body was used to before. I will say though not having my gym membership anymore i'm lacking alot of motivation.
i fast walk on a treadmill or the track after playing some racquetball with hubby(:
