what should you do if you have bad migranes ???
Odd choose after you drink the caffeine drink Def drink a bottle of water to even out the caffeine intake. But if it's really bad that method is the only one that works for me!
Take two extra strength Tylenol with a can of coke or whatever that has caffeine. My doctor told me this remedy because I get terrible migraines. And it seriously works wonders. But you NEED to drink the coke right after you take the medicine so they can work together. Good luck! Try an ice pack as well across either your eyes or the back/base of your skull
Drink lots of water and relax.
