Hands over head..
Okay ladies. So I've heard if you put your hands over your head you can wrap the umbilical cord around your babies neck.. Is this true? Has anyone else heard of this?
Lol. Okay. Just checking. Thanks ladies. I'm on bed rest and trying to find different ways to get comfy!!!! :-)
I heard that and I reach over my head all day at work so I asked my doctor and she said no.

if that were the case, we wouldn't be able to wash our hair? lol - it's just another old wives tale.. I wash my hair, grab clothes out of the closet, etc. I'm only like 5'1" so I HAVE to reach over my head to survive!!!! lol!
