Hard tummy
All day today my stomach has been getting extremely tense and hard then going back to normal. I've been noticing it happening for about 5 hours now. Doesn't really hurt or anything just feels strange
Sounds like Braxton hicks contractions. Nothing to worry about, just your body practicing. Go in to l&d if you are able to time them at regular intervals, like every 6 minutes or something similar. Try drinking a lot of water, and laying down for a while. Alot of times, this happens because of dehydration
