Has anyone had really bad constipation pains?

Hi everyone!

I'm super new to this (pregnancy and forums). I'm almost 6 weeks pregnant with my first little one and I've been experiencing some really sore abdominal pains from constipation which from what I've read is to do with the hormones slowing down the digestive tract. I can do all the research in the world but I'd really like to know from you ladies, did you experience this first hand this early? Is there any tips or tricks to help ease it?

It's really sore and it's getting me down a bit!

Thanks xx

With my first child I was the opposite. I hated it I was scared to eat anything cause I had to make sure a bathroom was near by.
I'm about 5-6weeks pregnant with my second one and for the past week and half maybe.... I've been constipated. ***** after I eat cause I get cramps and super bloated. I usually just lay down for a Lil when it starts and it don't last as long as they usually would..

I was up since 3:45am in discomfort from the same thing. I ate some soup, and tried pooping, but it was just majorily gas. If you eat about every 5hrs at least and lightly masage your tummy while sitting upward it will help get out as much gas as possible lessining your constipation pain :D
