Healthy Alternatives?

What are some healthy alternatives to water? I know water is the best thing to drink while pregnant but I need some sort of alternative to satisfy that want for soda. I've been drinking gatorade and powerade and lots of juices. Is there anything beside that though?

Flavored sparkling water is good. Not as good as water but better than soda. I have to drink half a glass of oj as soon as I wake up each morning. Naked's oj is the best!

Flavored sparkling water, it fizzes like a soda and tastes like juice!

Definitely limit Gatorade. And limited soda is usually okay, especially caffeine free like Sprite. I'm on a lemonade kick, the real stuff with pulp. Also think about adding flavor to water with kool aid or something like that.

I drink a ton of sparkling water. Perrier or San Pellegrino are good. My chiropractor recommended sparkling water, and I love it! So refreshing! I even order it when out to dinner, instead of drinking plain water.

I was drinking alot of Gatorade because i thought it would be good since i was getting sick so much. .... but i went to my doctor and they said to stop drinking it because it has a lot of salt and sugar and it was making me dehydrated. ..... so just be careful how much of that you drink
