Help, period cramps at 37 weeks!

cc8
Ladies should I head to the hospital to see if these are contractions? I've had mild to moderate cramps mainly on my lower right for about 30 minutes straight. They haven't come and gone, they have been constant...has anyone felt this and know what it could be? Thanks in advance.

Yes I've had cramps like that as well and this is my second pregnancy. I told my obgyn doc and she told me to drink more water cuz not drinking enough can cause preterm labor. So I was like oh heck no! Lol I'm drinki n g water right now and so I did and everything's fine. :)

I have thoes either once a day or like every other but after so long it just stopps and thats it. I have no idea what it is but my guess would be braxton hicks or somethn bc thats all it is and nothing more like it isnt stop and go its just one solid cramp for 10 min or more. But bubs still moves amd everything just the same
