Help!.. Only 15w

Im only 15 weeks and already extremely uncomfortable. I have a little baby bump but nothing huge yet but its so uncomfortable to lay on my side and even walk sometimes. I have to sit down alot due to fatigue and back pain. I feel like its way to early to already be this miserable. Has anyone else gone thru this or have any tips on how to make this any easier. I cant imagine how im gonna feel in 10 to 15 weeks nevermind the 25 weeks i have left.

My first pregnancy wasn't too much fun. My next one was a breeze. The difference was I ate better ( fruits and veggies) and more protein and stretched everyday. Also this pregnancy I've been taking natural calm. It helps my headaches, morning sickness... Im pretty sure I was deficient. Do you think it's a vitamin deficiency??

I've been feeling like this since about 6 weeks. First it was morning sickness, then headaches & migraines and next thing I've got now is back pain. I'm 18 weeks and 3 days... We've got a long time left ha!
