Trust me enjoy the break your body is giving you. I went through the same thing morning sickness went away I freaked out. I got some reassurances from some ladies here on this forum. And within 2 days bam morning sickness hit again. It varies some days are better then others for me. But just enjoy your little break and relax if your lucky it won't come back, but i would definitely say your ok.

I found out I was pregnant and wasn't sick at all when I am usually sick from day one but week seven hit and it all started and I'm having a girl, after having three boys so I think it was just because it was a girl I'm now 36 weeks. So I'm sure your doing fine good luck

I think you are ok.  My queasiness comes and goes too.  I am 9 weeks today but my boobs are sore still.  I worry about m/c too but its out of our hands now.  As long as you arent spotting and cramping bad then I would say you are fine.  Not all preg symptoms come and stay - they can come and go.

Don't think negative, but my personal situation I list mines as well early in the pregnancy...and ended up having a miscarriage...don't want to scare you its different for everybody. just make sure if u spot you go to the e.r because I never cramped or anything I just my pregnancy symptoms, my breast were soar bout it, but I had to get 2 large pills inserted in me for me to pass the baby correctly because it wasn't on its own. Be on the look out but stay positive as well, not everybody stays sick during they're pregnancy
