I'm 7 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I have a hard time finding things to eat, nothing sounds good and when I do eat, I can only take a couple bites and be done. Also, my morning sickness has turned into being sick all day, I can't handle this!
Are you able to keep food down? I understand well the problem with constant nausea. With my daughter I had HG and spent the entire 9 months extremely nauseated and vomiting up almost everything I ate. If you're able to keep food down, just eat what you can and don't push yourself too hard. Right now, hydration is more important than calories and in coming weeks the nausea should get easier and you'll get an appetite back. If you're vomiting frequently you can speak to your doctor about anti-emetics to try and control it. The most commonly prescribed ones are Phenergan and Zofran, however Zofran can be a bit pricey. (I get 60 pills a month for GI issues that are $233 before insurance - and this is the generic version)
