Urgent

Went to labor and delivery, but sent me home because i am slowly dilating, they only admit you if you are at least 4cm dilated..im up to 3cm. When i arrived at the hospital i was about 2cm dilated. I am having close contractions, every 3 mins and the furthest is 5 mins so they are very strong and close but.. Im dilating slowly. I started having "the bloody show", any of you ladies know quick ways of dilating faster.. I just wanna dilate another cm or 2. Horrible pain. Having pressure, contractions and lots of pelvic pressure pain. Doctor told me i will most likely be back by 9am because of my contractions and i could possibly have her within 24hrs. Any suggestions? Thank you ladies. Just wanna speed up labor.. By the way, im 38 weeks, they would induce me if i was 39 weeks.

Go for a drive on a bumpy road, have sex, get on all fours and rock your pelvis, eat loads of pineapple,

Yessss,, your lucky... 39 weeks today and so ready to have my son.  But keep walking,, thats all you really need todo.!! CONGRATS momma and ii pray for a speedy and healthy delivery.!! =))
