Ok ive had tightenings and period pains strong for like 20 minutes maybe more but it just goes fanitly but not comeletely and ive had alot of pressure aswell i have pain in my back aswell ive tried timing them because its just confusing me what would you say this is and ive lost some thick stuff when i had tightenings and pressure im 38weeks

Cstone nah not red blood but it looked tinted thow but the women at the hospital told me to time them but its so confusing but I still have pains and that my baby girl is moving all over the place aswell they won't see me unless I'm in actual labour but how do they know I'm not you know I'm high risk and I need antibotics in labour urgh its annoying because the pain feels like when you start your period  I can feel somethink in my bits thow

Sounds like contractions, did the thick stuff contain blood?

If you lost some thick stuff, that may have been your mucus plug. I'd go in, it might be time! Good luck!!
