It's probably that the bleeding you saw about 2 weeks after your last period was either ovulation bleeding or the result of irritation from "lots of unprotected sex".   My bet would be on the ovulation bleeding since the timeframe for that would be perfect to what you described.

It's not abnormal to get a heavy creamy discharge about a week before your period, BUT that doesn't mean that it can't be a sign of pregnancy as well.

Increased appetite and fatigue are also early signs of pregnancy but they can be completely unrelated to pregnancy as well.  For example, many women get really stressed out about the idea of being pregnant around the start of their periods and they get similar symptoms to pregnancy such as increased appetite, fatigue, weight gain, even a missed period all from stress.   Unfortunately the early symptoms of pregnancy are identical to alot of other things like illness, stress, or even just starting your period.  I went for several years with the same symptoms before starting my period and then, one month, out of nowhere I got totally different symptoms just before I started.   Freaked me out, I was sure I was pregnant, but I wasn't.  It was just a normal change.

The bottom line is that you may be pregnant, these can be symptoms of pregnancy, but you also might not be, these can be symptoms of alot of other things.  The only way to tell for sure is by taking a test, they have early pregnancy tests that you can take before your period (although the accuracy suffers to some degree) or you can wait it out until 1 or 2 days after your period was due and didn't show IF it doesn't show..

Hi...usually 2 weeks after your prd you have a lot of discharge bc youre ovulating, i believe.,depending on your age, your body is always changing. Have you been drinking alcohol or maybe dehydrated ?...because that makes you hungry and throws off your sleeping pattern. a pregnancy test won't work to figure it out right now. i'm in the same pickle. keep me updated ! good luck .
