Swelling is normal, but swelling in your hands and face can be concerning. Just to be safe I would contact your doctor and let them know.

Yeah, perfectly normal. When you start to a swell, get off your feet and relax.
If it becomes really excessive, like swelling while you're relaxing for long periods of time, go to your doctor.
