cramping

Hi I'm about 7 weeks pregnant and this is my first pregnancy. I haven't had any spotting whatsoever, but today ingot really bad back cramps in my lower back, and now they are in ku lower abdomen...I'm kind of scared, because i wouldn't want anything to happen. I've read a oot that its normal,  but it scares ke, if anyone ekse has this I'd like to talk. Thx

I'm not too worried just don't know becausr iys my first. Ill try sometylenol and see how it goes

7 weeks 3 days..I cramp quite often and my first visit included a vaginal ultrasound..no problems so far..I also was spotting at 5 and 6 weeks. My cramps are in my vaginal area and my lower abdomen. Not to mention the pain the feels like lightning strikes in the veins of my breasts!

Some cramping is normal but intense cramping can mean an ectopic pregnancy. I would contact your Dr or head to an emergency room if you are really concerned. If you're not concerned, try a bath and some Tylenol to relax.
