Almond milk or if you like smoothies get kale and add that to your smoothie kale has more calcium than milk as well
Ask your doctor about calcium pills, they should be able to write you a prescription for them if you need them. What about other dairy products like cheese and yogurt? If u will eat other dairy products you can get a good bit of calcium intake from those also...
