I am 40 weeks 3 days and in lot pain I went to hospital for check up only be sent home what can do bring on my pregnancy any tips please?

I jumped liked 10 times 5 days before my due date, and my water broke the next day... Not sure if it was because of the jumping but I am glad I did ;)

I know how you feel i am overdue by two days.. I have tried EVERYTHING they say that brings on labour and it is a load of crap bubby will come when he/she is ready.. The only thing you can do is walking i find when ever i go for a walk i start getting braxton hicks which may trigger something but other than that if you buba is not ready then just have to wait :) Wish you luck and hoping you go into labour soon x

Take a long walk to get a hot curry walk back home eat your hot curry n then have sex lol
