I know you can do it:) there are so many people out there who struggle just like you are and make it. You just have yo do what you can and not listen to the rude BS people say to you. My mom was 15 when she had my older sister and 21 when she had me. She worked 3 jobs and was in college she is now a business owner:) she just did what she could. Just like you can and I believe you will:)
I have a feel you'll be alright. The first couple years will be the hardest but I feel like everything has a way of working itself out one way or another. Assistance can help get you through at first, then definitely try to get a job as soon as you can and just take things one step at a time. My mom raised all 3 of us on her own and she was in a similar position as you. Keep your head up and stay strong (:
Thank you guys so much ... ya'll advice I'm really greatful .
I was 18 when I got pregnant with my first child. I kept her and it was the best decision I ever made. I had no job or car or help from my parents at all really. It wasn't easy doing it on my own for awhile but it was worth it. Don't let people make you feel like you can't do it. You can do anything you put your mind to and you can most definitely go to college with a child tons of people do it. You can get wic, foodstamps, child care assistance, you can get government grants and loans for school. I used to get all the assistance I could because my daughters father was a pos. But I love her and my other children with all my heart and wouldn't trade them for the world. You can do it if you really want to.
Mama I'm sorry for everything that going on I know it's hard when he family realizes what a beautiful blessing your bringing they will help. I'm 16 and pregnant finishing school online and working remember a baby is a miracle don't give it up for nobody and like the girl above said apply for help there is wic, Taft that they give u milk and money also apply for food stamps for yourself I promise u will succeed with this beautiful angel don't stress think about what u have in ur belly u can talk to me whenever
Apply for food stamps and Medicaid too and start looking for a job.
Concentrate on finishing school! And plan to continue at a local community college or university in order to be able to better provide for your baby. :) Education is the most powerful tool for a successful life for you and your baby.
I'm applying for Wic But I'm not giving my baby up for adoption ...I Just can't .
You should apply for some assistance, like WIC. Maybe consider adoption? You're so young hun, you have your whole life ahead to have kids.
