I know there are many posts about evening primrose oil and I plan on getting some tonight. I want to take them vaginally but I'm very unsure of how to actually do it? I mean obviously it's very straight forward just stick them up there right?? I'm just very uncomfortable with I'm to but I feel like that's the effective way to take them and I don't want to waste my time taking them orally.. was anyone else really uncomfortable with the thought of taking them vaginally but then it worked out perfectly fine? Also where do I get them? I checked at walmart and they didn't have them would walgreens or CVS have them?

I was able to find it at Wal-Mart in Colorado not sure anywhere else. I took only one at night my midwife said only one, epo can cause excessive bleeding during labor she said said only one and to stop a week before due date. I didn't need to poke holes but I did wear a panty liner and I don't think it worked.

They come in 500mg-1,000 mg. I take the 1,000 mg by mouth 3 times daily and insert 2-5 vaginally every night
