I'm so depressed lately.. I'm 38+4 and I'm just ready to have this baby. I had to leave work early because of not being able to focus on my work. So now with no paycheck I'm so stressed out. I just want my baby girl here... Any tips on how to get labor going. Or how to get my doctor to induce me?
if u have a bf or hubby have him massage your nipples if u dont u can try it but when i was doing it it didn't work 5 minutes after my bf started doing it my water broke n.contractions started right away
Well I only have so long I can be off work. I've been having constant painful contractions but not consistent enough to go to L&D yet.

letting the baby come on their own is the best method trust me it happens outta no were but u can always try nipple stimulation worked for me n its a natural way
