I need to calm down..

Okay, so I'm 27 weeks pregnant and my baby girl hasn't been moving so much these past two days. It makes me really anxious whenever this happens and it's all I can think about but the day before yesterday she was rolling and kicking like crazy. I was already at the hospital the day I turned 26 weeks for the same reason and she was perfectly fine. Do you have any tricks that help you relax when this happens to you? She's given me a few good kicks and rolls so far today so I'm pretty sure she's alright. I just can't stop thinking about it.

My baby boy does that all the time. It seems like he has one REALLY active day and then he has a couple days where he is moving but not anywhere near as much as that day. I started realizing his patterns just like his sleeping and wake patterns. I am 37 weeks now and I deliver my little fella next week. I promise it is very usual. If you get too concerned start doing kick counts. Baby should move 10 times in an hour. Enjoy the subtle movements now because they start hurting.

You can calm down, sometimes they just have a lazy few days. No need to worry. Try drinking cold orange juice, or something sugary. It'll get her moving.
