hey ladies i'm just updating yall on some stuff i pass my sugar test i was soooo happy but my iron was low :/ do yall ladies know what i can eat or take to get my iron back up ? my doco gave me some iron pills but i cant take them because they are tooooo big .

Did u try prenatal plus pills? Im trying them to see if they help they have more iron in them then regulars. Other wise I have to take a regular iron pill every other day I get very sick from them.  And take with oj for better absorbtion im naturally anemic since before this.  There are different companys so just look into to seeing who makes a more compact pill at a good price

are the pills like solid? like not the gel ones... if they are try cuttin them in half or thirds nd takin it that way

Eat lots of meat, if you can get it eat deer meat it is high in iron also fish but make sure it is a kind you are allowed to eat when pregnant.

I got iron pills from Walmart .. They're small like birth control pills .. In a green bottle .. Eat before or right after yu take them tho cuz they'll make yur tummy sick sumtimes & may constipate yu too
