that does give me hope Thanks for sharing that.
My friend had twins in late january. she had them both vaginally and they were almost 7lbs each! Hope that makes you feel better and gives you alittle hope in having them vaginally.
well I have a 70% chance I will have to have a C-section but there's still that tiny chance I can have them naturally so I said what the heck might as well be prepared both ways.
And I didn't know that's what the babies live on.....I guess the after birth is the placenta??? So do I have 2?
That after birth is gross, but you have to check it out if you think about it. It's hard to beleive that yucky thing was in their with our baby....
awesome they are letting you deliver naturally with twins? i thought they made you have a csection these days. good lol that will be fun! i never took birthing classes and my husband wasnt worth a **** in the delivery room haha! maybe hes nervous in there with the other couples but i bet when it gets down to it and you are in full blown labor he will remember everything he learned. its good hes doing that with you, i would have to drag DH in there kicking and screaming
there are 4 classes and they are 2 hours long....it was really interesting....they told us that some Dr's and nurses say push like your having a BM but she told us to acutally relieve stress and it not to hurt as much push like you're peeing really hard......and we did kegal exercises it was so funny and embarrasing....and we learned how to relax our whole body by concentrating 1 body part at a time.....I really did like it....and I learned about the after birth....I knew there was one but I didn't know the real purpose of it
Sounds like you enjoyed yourself. This is my fourth child, my 1st born in 1993. He's the only one I had birthing classes with. I forgot all the stuff they teach you once I went into labor so I didn't refresh with my other two. I'm al Ol' Pro now.......lol. How many hours do you have to take?
