I was wondering if any other first time moms did schooling after having a child? Right now me and my boyfriend work full time we have our own place, but I never graduated. I was just wanting to hear other peoples stories to give me more hope

I was still in high school when I had my daughter. I finished high school and a week after graduation I found out I was pregnant again. I went to college this last semester, and I am starting the new semester in a week and a half. I am due in about 5 weeks and my daughter is almost 4. It's a little harder, but it is completely possible.

I was a junior in college with my first baby boy and I never took a semester off nor did I reduce my school load. I even took an extra semester (ie summer too). He is currently 7 months old and I'm 5 months pregnant with a second boy. I have not taken any time off from school and do not plan to, even with two kids running around. I am a little behind for reasons other than kids so I won't be graduating until spring 2015 with a mathematics degree. As long as you have a babysitter and the time (i didnt work last semester, but will be substituting this coming semester because though I'm still full time in school, I have time to work also) it's not very hard at all to manage. My husband is also in school full time and he works full time. We manage quite nicely. It's totally doable!

I was in school I took a two semester medical leave for the baby but I also have to take it easy, I'm on half bed rest I guess you can say. I can only do light activity 5 hours a day. So walking around, doing laundry, and going to the grocery store as long as I don't lift anything heavier than 10lbs the other hours of the day I have to be on bed rest. :/ but I am a nursing major in clinicals so I definitely wouldn't be able to go to school and be on bed rest. But I go back to school in August when the baby is 5 months old. But my husband a works full Time for  the post office and we live in his parent rental property which honestly is too nice for what we can afford but we only pay electric since we share water and gas since we are on the same property lot. Granted we are like a mile away (we live is farm) but still I am so grateful and our house is beautiful.

I waited till my son was 2 before attending college bc I didn't want to miss anything. And , I made it through my first year with a gpa of 3.5 and half way through my first semester in my second year before I got pregnant again.  I am now taking a break again lol I have to focus on working more to save money for maternity leave and giving my son all the "mommy and me" time before he has to share me. Kudos to the.girls who can have it all!

Im 26wks and just enrolled spring semester. Im due a month before the semester is over, but I enrolled in a few intro classes that I could do online and also keep in frequent contact with the teachers to update them so when it comes time, assignments can be given ahesd or given leniency. The teachers appreciate if you do this I think and understand more if you do your homework on time and properly before you ask for special treatment. I have less than half my credits left til I get my degree. Hope this helps :)
