SUPER FRUSTRATED

I'm almost 11 weeks pregnant and have been feeling morning sickness(all day sickness) since week 2. I just break down and cry sometimes when my nausea won't go away. Can anyone give me some advice? I feel miserable almost 24/7.

I know exactly how you feel. I am just getting over this. I am currently 17 weeks. I went into a serious depression.
I cut back drinking caffeine and drinks with large quantities of high fructose syrup. They were triggers for me. If I wanted flavor, I would cut a fruit drink with bottled water. I didnt like crackers but could get down popcorn. I ate little meals, even if it was a few spoonfuls.
This may be tmi, but I even used a spit bottle bc my saliva would make me gag. I brushed my teeth and tongue constantly. One Unisom sleep mini helped me sleep.
These things worked for me, but I am in no way a medical professional.
I wish you the best and hope you feel well soon.

I'm 12 weeks almost and have been really sick since week 2 or 3 , I got put in hospital around week 8 cause I couldn't keep any food or water down for a few days, after that my mw prescribed anti nausea pills, if I take them first thing when I wake up and give them a bit to kick in I can usually have breakfast and then I feel okay for the rest of the day usually

I had morning sickness so bad with all my pregnancys that I had to be put on medication for it otherwise I would have had to stay in the hospital. Which is not fun at all. I am 3 weeks plus and still have to take the meds and it helps me out so that I can make it thought a work day

It'll pass, soon hopefully. Hang in there! Let yourself cry, it helps. And follow your cravings. If you eat what you're craving the sickness is usually less or goes away. And try to rest and take it as easy as possible, that helps too. Pregnancy is hard works and totally bites sometimes, but you're strong, you can do this!!

Sea bands worked for me.  They don't cure it, but made it possible for me to keep some stuff down.

Awe poor thing, I'm a FTM and even I was in my first trimester I was very nauseous too. My doctor prescribed medicine but honestly I ate McDonald's fries. It was something about the salt that helped. I know that sounds weird but it's true. Also, make sure you are eating small snacks here and there like crackers, apples or oranges. Don't eat s lot of heavy foods. Hope this helps.

Get your doctor to give you some diclegis... if they order it at target is pretty cheap even tho its a newer and expensive drug. It's made for pregnancy and it saved my life. I was so sick for like 20 weeks. But this helped me keep functioning and go to work

I am 23 weeks and been dealing with this my entire pregnancy. Get up slow in the morning. Eat a cracker before you move and try tiny meals whenever possible. I've lost 30 pounds since first getting pregnant. No meds or anything else helped. Also don't be afraid to go get fluids at hospital when necessary

The only thing that helped me was keeping hard candy around like jolly ranchers and healthy snacks. Snacking a lot helped.
