Im writing a baby book, any other moms doing the same?

I got this idea to write a pregnancy journal but i wanted something to be able to share with our child as he or she grows. So i came up with the idea of writing a book for the baby about how me & him met & how we found out we were pregnant with him/her & the ultrasounds along the way up until we have him/her. Of course i made it for a small child to understand, i know id love to have that book if my mom had made one for me & to be able to even share that with my children! Maybe start a tradition for the family :) I just wondered if any other moms have done this & maybe even share this idea & have other moms start one!!

Keeping a journal or making a book during your pregnancy is great idea....
This my 3rd and I'm keeping a journal for the first time.....

Im glad this idea will have others make one of your own, this is my first baby so i just wanted to be able to capture everything & be able to share this with our little one & even take me back to that wonderful feeling of bringing life into the world!! good luck with all your scrapbooking & making a book ladies :)

Kudos to all of you!! I had lots of ideas when preggers with my first 8 yrs ago and never found time to do any of it!! Do these books now while you can because once the family grows there won't be any time at all!! Lol..=) I have baby books for my three girls n only my first has anything written it it, and even that's not much!! Prob won't even attempt it with this little guy!! Will be too busy!! Lol..=).  I wish all you ladies luck..its a great idea!!!

Nice idea! I'm just writing in a journal. Mamabear I like the early scrapbooking, I thought of doing that later but might start sooner.

I'm working on one. I just bought a blank baby scrapbook and I'm working on it as I go along, but I want it to be something she can read and look through, written for her. I'm keeping photos of all my preparations for her, her dad putting together the crib, my baby shower, etc., along with all the ultrasound pics etc. to put in there, along with my thoughts at each stage and a little bit about her family on both sides and our hopes and dreams for her. Still in the beginning stage because I need to find some time, but I'm excited about it. :)

aww that is a super cute idea. I was just going to do a regular baby book...but I think I am gonna do one of these! Thank you for the idea!
